TV Motoring expert Mike Brewer, host of Wheeler Dealers, is joining the London to Brighton Classic Car, Kit & Sports Car and Modern Classics Runs, waving off the entrants from Brooklands Museum, joining them on the road, and celebrating on Brighton’s Madeira Drive on Sunday 29th May 2022.

Mike is no stranger to being on the road as his show Wheeler Dealers and Wheeler Dealers: Dream Car has seen him trade cars up and down the UK and beyond.

Mike said: "I'm very excited to be joining the London to Brighton Runs. My passion is keeping classic cars on the road and making sure they're used so this event is right up my street! I can't wait to meet all the owners and join the cars on the route."

Discovery Channel’s Wheeler Dealers is broadcast in 217 territories with a global audience of over 200million petrolheads all over the world. Mike, mechanic Edd China, and the team made 13 series, 135 episodes, and restored 100 cars to create Discovery Channel’s flagship show.

At the end of series 13, Edd decided to leave the show and was replaced with fellow British mechanic and car designer Ant Anstead. After four series with Ant and 80 cars together in California, the decision was made to move the show back to the UK. The Global success of Mike’s other venture Wheeler Dealers: Dream Car had Discovery Channel commissioning another series in the UK with ex Formula 1 Mechanic Mark (Elvis) Priestly. Elvis joined Mike in the shop for a new series of Wheeler Dealers, which was the most successful to date, and can currently be seen on screen with series 2 of Dream Car, airing currently on Monday evening at 9pm.

Meet Mike Brewer at the start and finish line.
